Indiana Pipeline Awareness Association
The Indiana pipeline awareness association, a committee of Indiana811 has more than 90 members representing distribution and transmission operators that transport petroleum, natural gas or other like products. The primary purpose on INPAA is to provide pipeline safety programs for emergency responders and public officials in Indiana. The association coordinates 20 meetings throughout Indiana annually to help train emergency responders how to properly respond to a pipeline or natural gas emergency. These free meetings include a dinner and a chance to meet with the pipeline and local gas distribution company representatives. Emergency responders are provided with a guide book(s) and an emergency responder manual which provides information on all INPPA participating companies and their products. Please also visit the INPAA website for more details.
